German Cucumber Salad



    For preparing the salad you will need ingredients such as:






    2 cucumbers, thinly sliced
    4 green onions, thinly sliced
    3 small tomatoes
    2 Tablespoons snipped parsley
    1/4 cup sour cream
    1/4 Teaspoon mustard
    2 Tablespoons minced dill
    1 Tablespoon vinegar
    1 Tablespoon heavy cream
    1/2 Teaspoon salt
    1/2 Teaspoon pepper



    First combine cucumbers, onions, tomatoes and parsley in a bowl . Combine dressing ingredients in another bowl and then pour over salad and toss lightly. Freeze the mixture for sometime and it is ready to eat.

    Sweet Potato Steak

    In this recipe you will need ingredients such as:


    • 1 Peeled Sweet Potato/Normal Potato
    • 1/2 Tablespoon of Oliver Oil
    • 1/4 Tablespoon of Salt
    • 1/8 Tablespoon Of Black Pepper
    • 1/4 Tablespoon of Smoked Paprika
    •     Sauce of your choice



    Firstly heat up the oil in a pan. Then slice the sweet potato in straight or round shape. Then put the sliced potato in a bowl and put the oil black pepper and paprika in the bowl and toss for it to be coated over the potatoes. Put them on the pan till they become red for about 5-10 minutes and roll over and repeat the same process.
    Then serve with Sauce. I prefer tomato sauce.

    French toast

    In this recipe you will need ingredients such as:


    3 Eggs
    1 cup Almond Milk
    1/4 cup Almond Paste
    1/4 Cup Sugar
    2 tablespoon Butter
    1 Loaf Bread cut into Pieces


    First Blend eggs, Almond milk, Almond paste, and sugar until it is smooth. Heat up the Butter in the Pan. Then dip the bread in mixture and cook in the butter. Don't forget to cook both sides. Then serve.

    Smoothie with Kale Sprout and Mango

    For this Smoothie you will need ingredients such as:



    • 1 cup Kale
    • 1 cup Alfalfa Sprouts
    • 1/2 cup Baby Spinach
    • Half Avocado chopped 
    • 1/2 cup Chopped Mango
    • 1/2 cup Apple Juice
    • 1 cup Coconut Water
    • 1 tablespoon Pumpkin seed



    Place all the ingredients into a Blender and Blend until its smooth. Then Serve.


    Chocolate balls


    In this recipe you will need ingredients such as:



    • 1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
    • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
    • 3–4 tablespoons cocoa powder
    • Variety of coatings of choice (chocolate sprinkles, coconut, crushed 
      nuts, etc.)





    Firstly put the condensed milk, butter and cocoa powder in a large cup. Stir them.
    Heat them and again stir till the mixture is thick to be molded into a ball. Cool the 
    mixture. Then form small balls of them and coat with what you have. It is ready to eat.

    Potato omelette

    In this omelette you will need ingredients such as:




    • 4 or 5 eggs
    • 2 cups of thinly sliced potatoes
    • Salt and pepper
    • ½ onion, chopped
    • 1 clove garlic, crushed
    • ½ cup cooking oil


    Firstly heat the oil in a pan. Add the potatoes and cook until it is partially soft, and then add onion and garlic. Then add salt. 
    Put the eggs and salt and pepper in a cup and stir while preparing potato. Then add the egg mixture in the pan and cook it similar to other omelettes. 

    Cabbage with potatoes

    In this dish you will need ingredients such as:




    • 5 large potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
    • 1 medium cauliflower, broken into florets
    • 1 medium head of cabbage (about 2 cups chopped cabbage)
    • 1 medium fennel bulb, diced
    • 3 medium leeks, cleaned and sliced into rounds
    • 4 tablespoons butter
    • ¼ cup cream
    • ½ cup vegetable broth
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • Nutmeg to taste

    Firstly boil potatoes and cauliflower. When soft, drain and mash. Set aside. Then Fry
    fennel bulb and leeks in butter for about 3 minutes. Add cabbage and then fry until
    soft and leek rings separate in low heat . Add vegetable broth. Add cream to for taste. Simmer 
    for about 10 minutes When the water is boiled down add simmered vegetables and remaining 
    liquid to potatoes and cauliflower. Mix them and add salt, pepper, and nutmeg . Stir for few more 
    minutes. Then it is ready to serve 

    Garlic soup

    In this soup you will need ingredients such as:




    • 2 tablespoons vegetable or olive oil
    • 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
    • ¼ teaspoon ground chili pepper
    • 3 cups water
    • 3 slices dried bread

    First heat the oil in a frying Pan. Then fry chopped garlic in the hot oil. Add the bread and water in the pan. Then let it heat up for few minutes. Add chili pepper and stir gently. Serve hot. 

    Eggs in pepper and tomato sauce

    In this sauce you will need ingredients such as:


    1  onion, chopped
    2 garlic cloves, crushed
    1 teaspoon sweet paprika powder
    1 red bell pepper, diced
    6 tomatoes, diced 
    1 teaspoon salt
    ½ teaspoon black pepper, crushed
    4 tablespoon olive oil
    4 eggs


    Heat the oil in a frying pan. Add the chopped onion for  5 minutes. Add the garlic, and stir in the salt and sweet paprika powder, and stir for 1 minute. Put the bell pepper pieces in the skillet; stir for 2 to 3 minutes. Add the tomatoes, stir well, cover the pan, and simmer
    over low heat for 15 , stir occasionally. Break the eggs over the tomato sauce, spaced well apart, then cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Season the eggs with salt and pepper and serve warm with bread.


    Fish in Sauce

    In this sauce you will need ingredients such as:                                                     


    • A large fish(preferably Salmon) 
    • 1 Onion 
    • 4 Tomato 
    • ½ Teaspoon Powdered Ginger
    • ½ Teaspoon red chili powder 
    • ½ Teaspoon cumin 
    • ¼Cup fresh cilantro 
    • ¼Teaspoon green pepper 
    • Oil, vegetable or olive



    First take a big fish and cut it into small pieces. Rub   ginger powder, red chili powder, and salt in the cut pieces of fish. Then shallow-fry it in oil, remove, and keep aside. For the curry, cut and fry pieces of onions in the pan. Add red chili powder, ginger, and cumin. When onion gets fried a bit, add pieces of tomatoes. Stir for a few minutes, then add the pieces of the fried fish.  After few minutes  add some water. Lower the heat and let it simmer for a bit. Before taking the pan off the heat, add some freshly cut  coriander and pieces of green pepper.
